ForeignDegrees.com is operated by World Academic Research Center, Inc. (WARC), located at 1825 NW Corporate Boulevard, Suite 110, Boca Raton, FL 33431. We provide credential evaluation and certified translation services for educational documents.
All services must be paid in full in U.S. dollars before processing begins. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms.
No refunds will be issued once an application has been submitted and payment received, as processing resources are committed at that point. If you have questions about the appropriate service before applying, contact us prior to submitting your application.
By submitting an application, you certify that all information provided is true, factual, and correct, and that all submitted documents are genuine. Submission of fraudulent documents is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Stated turnaround times begin when WARC has received all required documents and full payment. WARC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete document submissions or documents that do not meet our requirements.
Any legal dispute that may arise between WARC and the applicant shall be governed by Florida law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Palm Beach County court system.
